As you all know, we have been working with our legal and planning teams over the last few months to ensure that we can provide accurate and legally sound details to run a public presale in 2022.

Presale Overview — for our community

Unlike other presales, this one will be a little bit different to those that you are used to, and will be broken into two parts or phases…

PHASE 1 — NFTS

Being a company focused on Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), there simply cannot be a presale without the inclusion of some exciting NFT “STEMagic”.

⏳ The first phase will start in the first week of February, and will run for a period of 1 week ⏳(exact date to be announced in update 2)

THE STEMKEY (ACCESS NFT)

Being a company focused on Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), there simply cannot be a presale without the inclusion of some exciting NFT “STEMagic”.

The STEM KEY is the first off its kind access NFT, providing direct access to specific content, unlockable features as well as (in this case) our presale.

First week of February

Phase 1 of the Presale will be the claiming of your first STEM KEY— this key will be an NFT which will be claimed through the STEM.xyz website (further details to be released in update 2).

This STEM KEY will act as an access card / ticket to enter our presale dashboard.

Without this you will not be able to participate.

What is the price of a STEM KEY at presale?

GAS... only GAS on BSC.

Limitations:

• One per wallet, non-transferable, and our goal is to distribute as widely as possible

More details will be added to this segment once we are done with our trials.

PHASE 2— TOKENS

The STEM token will be the core governance and incentive token of the STEM NETWORK, and will empower holders to access and provide necessary votes for internal network decision.

We already have over 1000 holders leading into the presale, and are excited to gain more, and continue to grow with you!

⏳ The second phase will start one week after phase one starts, and will also run for a period of 1 week — giving the community the time to learn how to use and access the presale with their STEM KEY⏳(exact date to be announced in update 2)

PRESALE PRICE — FAIRLAUNCH

We have decided to avoid all ‘tiered’ pricing mechanisms, and use a FAIRLAUNCH price of

$0.072 per STEM token

the BNB value will be determined at launch.

We have chosen this method in order for us to manage market expectations, and ensure minimal price dumping on listing.

The maximum amount per wallet will be 5 BNB, minimum will be 0.1 BNB

Our Softcap will be 500 BNB — as for our hardcap, we will determine this based on the initial week of STEM KEY distribution.

Of the softcap 400 BNB will go into liquidity, and 100 BNB directly into marketing. The remainder will be split 80%/20%.
